01 What we collect

• When you contact us — your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
• When you book — your name, contact details, the services you book, your appointment history, and your card details. All of this is collected and held by Boulevard, the booking and client system the studio runs on, and by our payment processor — not by this website.
• When you browse — standard technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit, collected by Shopify to run and measure the site.

02 How we use it

To answer your questions, to schedule and deliver your appointments, to send appointment confirmations and reminders, to take payment, and to keep the website working. If you have opted in to text messages, we use your mobile number as described in section 03.

We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.

03 Text messages and your mobile number

Blueprint Beauty may text you about your appointments — confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and occasionally studio news or an offer. These messages are sent through Boulevard, the booking and client system the studio runs on.

04 Who else handles your information

• Boulevard — booking, appointment records, client notes, text messaging, and payment. Card details are handled by Boulevard and its payment processor and are never held on this website.
• Shopify — hosting and analytics for this website.
• Google — reviews shown on this site come from our Google Business Profile. If you leave one, it is public and governed by Google.
• Instagram — if you follow a link or view embedded content, Instagram may set its own cookies.

Each of these handles your information under its own terms and only to do the job it does for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or transfer it if the business is ever sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.

05 Cookies

This site uses cookies that are needed to make it work and to understand how it is used. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

06 How long we keep it

Messages you send us are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Appointment and payment records are held in Boulevard for as long as business and tax rules require.

07 Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text the studio and we will handle it. Some records have to be kept for tax and business reasons even after a deletion request.

08 Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

09 Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date at the top.
