Our why
Education first.
Most brands skip straight to the bottle. Thinning has causes, and knowing yours changes what you should do about it — sometimes that means buying nothing at all.
We'll teach you what's happening first, and only then talk about what to use.
Below is what we look at before anything is shaped, tinted or removed — and the questions we'd rather you asked us than found out later.

The idea
Restoration, not correction.
Every woman carries her own blueprint. The work is honoring it — not overwriting it. Brows shaped to the face you actually have. Lashes cared for rather than pushed. And an honest answer about what your brows need, even when that answer is to leave them alone for a while.
Beauty here is something to nurture. Not something to manufacture.
Design
You were made intentionally. Nothing about your face is an error to be corrected.
Authenticity
It begins with embracing what's already there, not chasing someone else's look.
Stewardship
What you've been given is worth caring for — with intention, not urgency.
Confidence
The real kind. It comes from within, and it doesn't need our permission.
Education first
Why brows and lashes thin.
Most brands skip straight to the bottle. Thinning has causes, and knowing yours changes what you should do about it — sometimes that means buying nothing at all.
01Age+
Hair growth cycles slow with time. Follicles produce finer, shorter hairs and spend longer resting between cycles, so density reads lighter even when nothing is wrong. The most common cause and the least talked about, because it can't be sold against.
02Hormones and life stage+
Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause all shift the hormonal signals that drive hair cycling. Loss that arrives alongside a life transition often behaves differently — and resolves differently — than loss that doesn't.If your timeline lines up with one of these, tell us when you call. It changes what we recommend.
03Thyroid function+
Both under- and over-active thyroid function are associated with changes in hair growth, and the outer brow is a frequently reported site. This is a conversation for your physician, not a studio. We'll tell you plainly when something belongs with a doctor instead of with us.
04Nutrition+
Hair is built from what the body has available. Protein, iron and other nutrient shortfalls show up in hair before they show up almost anywhere else. No topical product reaches past that.Inside-out, not outside-in — this is where that stops being a slogan.
05Stress+
Sustained physical or emotional stress can push hairs out of their growth phase early, and the visible shedding often lags weeks behind the stressful season itself.Which means what you're seeing now may be about what you were carrying then.
06Over-processing+
Repeated waxing along the same line, tinting on compromised skin, lash extensions applied too heavily, tweezing a shape that was never yours — mechanical stress is the cause we see most in the chair, and the one most within your control. It's also the one an honest studio should be willing to name, including when we're the ones being asked to do it.
This is information, not diagnosis. We're estheticians, not physicians — we don't treat conditions, and we'll always tell you when a question is bigger than a brow.
Pregnant or breastfeeding?
Two of these are not for you right now.
Tell us before your appointment and we'll steer you to the right one. This is the kind of thing we'd rather say out loud than leave you to find out.
- Henna brows — yes. The low-tox option, and the one we'd recommend if you're ingredient-conscious.
- Hybrid brow stain — not right now. We'll book you in for henna instead.
- Brow shaping, lamination, lash lift and lash tint — talk to us. It depends on where you are and what you're comfortable with.
