01What are henna brows?+
A plant-based stain that colours the brow hair and tints the skin beneath it, so sparse areas read fuller. It's the low-tox option on our menu and the one we recommend if you're ingredient-conscious.Longer-wearing than a standard tint, softer than a hybrid stain.
02How long does henna last?+
On the hair, up to 4 to 6 weeks. On the skin, about 1 to 2 weeks depending on your skin type and how oily it is.Oilier skin lets the skin stain go sooner; the hair colour stays.
03Is henna safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?+
Henna is the one we book for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hybrid brow stain is not. Tell us when you book so we put you in the right appointment.If you're unsure which you are booked for, text us.
04Henna or hybrid stain — what's the difference?+
Both colour hair and skin. Hybrid stain gives more depth and a longer skin tint; henna is gentler and plant-based. If you want the darkest, longest result and aren't pregnant, hybrid. If you want low-tox, henna.We'll walk you through it on the phone before you book if you'd like.
05How do I care for it?+
Keep the brows dry for 24 hours and avoid oil-based cleansers and exfoliants on the area. Oil breaks the skin stain down fastest.A little care in the first day is most of the difference.
